What are enquiry credits?

Each buyer enquiry consumes one credit. Free members get 5 per month, Business tier gets 100, and Premium is unlimited. Credits reset on the 1st of every month.

How does contact unlock work?

Any signed-in member can view a company's full profile. When you send an enquiry, the seller's preferred contact channel (email, phone, or both) is delivered directly to your Inbox and email.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Visit Membership → choose a plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.

Is my KYC data secure?

All KYC documents are stored in a private, access-controlled vault with encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Only verified reviewers can access them.

Complete onboarding, get verified, then head to Marketplace → Post Listing. Add product/service details, price range, and MOQ.

Premium members can commission a 360° virtual walkthrough of their factory or showroom. Buyers can then tour your facility from anywhere.

How do I delete my account?
