  • Business KYC: GSTIN, Udyam/MSME number, Startup India number, uploaded certificates.
  • Business profile: address, sector, services, images, website, social handles.
  • Usage data: pages visited, enquiries sent, saved companies, device and browser metadata.
  • Communications: messages exchanged via the enquiry system and support tickets.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Create, verify and secure your account.
  • List your business in our public directory (only fields you choose to publish).
  • Route enquiries between buyers and verified sellers.
  • Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations under Indian law.
  • Improve platform features, reliability, and fraud detection.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Business contact information is revealed to another member only after a verified enquiry is submitted. We share limited data with trusted processors (hosting, email, analytics) under strict data-processing agreements.

5. Data Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, row-level access controls, and regular audits. KYC documents are stored in a private, access-controlled vault.
