Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Bharat Market and Enterprise Grid ("Platform"), operated by Asktrio IT Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to represent the MSME or business you register. False representations may lead to permanent removal.

3. Account & KYC

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Business listings may require GSTIN, Udyam, or other verification.
• We may suspend accounts pending verification or on suspicion of fraud.

4. Acceptable Use

You will not use the Platform to send spam, scrape data, impersonate others, post unlawful content, or infringe on intellectual property. Enquiries must be genuine and business-related.

5. Membership & Payments

Paid tiers (Business, Premium) are billed as displayed on the Membership page. All fees are in INR and exclusive of applicable GST. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Bharat Market and Enterprise Grid a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is a facilitator. We do not guarantee the outcome of any transaction, the authenticity of every listing, or that services will be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bharat Market and Enterprise Grid's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
