Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Cooling-Off

New paid memberships are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided fewer than 10 enquiry credits have been consumed.

2. Pro-rated Refunds

Annual plans cancelled after 30 days receive a pro-rated refund for unused months, less a 10% processing fee.

3. Non-refundable Items

• Monthly plans after the first 7 days.
• Add-ons (VR walkthrough production, featured placement) once delivered.
• Any plan cancelled due to a Terms of Service violation.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email bharatmsmeconnect@gmail.com with your registered email and invoice number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most disputes can be resolved directly and faster.
